These Terms of Use govern your access to eg-passes.biz and orders placed with EG Passes. By using the site or confirming an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

EG Passes designs and delivers floral arrangements primarily within Greater Cairo from our atelier at Suez Rd, An Nadi Al Ahli, Nasr City, Cairo Governorate 4472001, Egypt. Website content is informational; a binding order exists only after we confirm price, stems, and delivery window in writing or by phone.

2. Quotes & pricing

Prices shown on the site are starting guides and may change with market rates. The confirmed quote is the price that applies. Delivery fees and rush charges may apply based on zone and timing.

3. Substitutions

Flowers are perishable and seasonal. We may substitute stems of equal or higher quality when needed. If a substitution would materially change the look you requested, we will attempt to contact you before proceeding.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Cairo traffic, building access, and recipient availability can affect arrival. Our full rules are in the Delivery Policy. You must provide accurate addresses, gate codes, and reachable phone numbers.

5. Cancellations

Same-day orders cannot usually be cancelled once stems are cut and wrapped. For advance orders, contact us as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on how far preparation has progressed — see the Delivery Policy.

6. Acceptable use of the website

• Do not misuse forms for spam or automated scraping.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or probe the site’s security.
• Do not use our content or brand assets without permission.

7. Intellectual property

Text, design, and branding on eg-passes.biz belong to EG Passes or our licensors. Photos used on the site include licensed stock imagery and our own materials. You may not copy the site for commercial reuse.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EG Passes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for a given order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Egyptian law.
