Confirm the quote
We reply with stem options, fee, and a delivery window that respects Cairo traffic — not a fake countdown timer.
Pay & we build
Once confirmed, stems are conditioned and wrapped the morning of the drop (or the evening before for early slots).
After the handoff
If nobody answers the door
We call the recipient, then you. We can leave with a neighbour only with your okay, hold for a later window, or return to the atelier for a re-attempt the next day.
