Things people ask before they trust a Cairo florist
No chatbot maze. If your question is missing, write [email protected] or call +20 103 037 1474 — a person on the Nasr City desk answers.
Orders & timing
Can I really get flowers the same day?
Yes for most central Cairo zones if you order before 12:00 on a working day and stems are available. We confirm before charging — we do not auto-approve a soft market morning.
What counts as a working day?
Our desk runs Saturday–Thursday. Friday is limited; large installs need advance booking. Holidays shift — ask the morning of.
Are website prices final?
No. Listed figures are starting points. Market rates move. Your confirmed quote is the price that applies.
Can you match a screenshot from Instagram?
We can match a mood and colour temperature. Exact stem-for-stem copies depend on what left the market that morning — we’ll say when we can’t.
How far ahead should I book a wedding?
As soon as the venue is locked. Peony weeks and hotel ballrooms fill early. Last-minute bridal holds are possible; full installs are not a same-day toy.
Delivery realities
Do you deliver outside Cairo?
Occasionally for weddings or corporate events, with travel fees and earlier scheduling. Day-to-day bouquets stay inside Greater Cairo. See coverage.
What if the recipient isn’t home?
We call them, then you. Options: named neighbour or receptionist with your okay, a later window, or next-day re-attempt (zone fee may apply).
Can you leave it at the door?
Only if you explicitly approve unattended drop and the building is safe for it. Default is handoff with a photo.
Wrong address — who pays?
If the address or phone was wrong and we made reasonable attempts, re-routing may cost extra. See delivery policy.
Do you need compound gate passes?
Yes when the compound requires them. Send the PDF once — we reuse it for later orders to the same gate.
Stems, scent & care
Can I include a card?
Yes — keep messages short. We’ll print or handwrite depending on timing. Send Arabic text yourself if you need specific wording.
Do you use floral foam?
We avoid foam when a vessel or wrap works. Say if the venue bans foam — we’ll design around it.
Someone is sensitive to scent
Skip Evening Lily and heavy stock. Ask for low-scent mixes — Linen White and many Market Runs can stay quiet.
How long will they last?
Depends on AC, dust, and whether anyone recuts the stems. We include a short care note on request. Change water once; keep out of direct noon sun.
Damaged on arrival?
Photo us within 4 hours at [email protected] or call the desk. We replace or refund after review.
Payment, privacy & visits
How do I pay?
We share current options when confirming — typically bank transfer or agreed cash-on-delivery for local drops. Don’t send card numbers by random chat.
Can I cancel?
Before preparation: full refund of amounts paid. After stems are cut for same-day: usually non-refundable. Details in the delivery policy.
Can I visit the atelier?
Yes by appointment at Suez Rd, An Nadi Al Ahli, Nasr City. Call ahead so someone is on the bench — we are a working studio, not a walk-in mall kiosk.
What do you do with my data?
Order details stay for delivery and accounting. We don’t sell lists. Read the privacy policy.
Do you speak Arabic and English?
Desk replies in English on the site; Arabic by phone or email when you write in Arabic. Card messages: send the exact text you want.
Still stuck?
Ask the desk, not the void
Same-day availability changes with traffic and crates. A two-minute call beats a hopeful guess.
